Friends, you’re all warmly invited to join this meeting about Easter and what resurrection/rebirth might be. It will be introduced by a reading from the Gospel of John in which we’ll hear of Mary Magdalene’s encounter with Jesus at the tomb. We’ll then view a 20-minute video for a closer look at this and some deeper perspectives.
As in previous “Spiritual Enrichment” meetings, the video is a reflection (sermon) of Rev. Dr. Wayne Schwandt when he was the founder/pastor of a small spiritual community who used to meet here on Sunday evenings.
This will lead into a time for sharing our thoughts, prompted by a few queries or whatever comes up for us. Please come join us, as all voices, all perspectives will enrich our meeting.
