The Annapolis Friends ~ Green Group warmly invites everyone to an Earth Day viewing of a 90 min. environmental film – Kiss the Ground. It will be shown on April 22nd in our multipurpose room, beginning at 6:30 pm. We have also extended the invitation to several of our local faith-groups.
Kiss the Ground affirms that by regenerating the world’s soils, we can completely and rapidly stabilize Earth’s climate, restore lost ecosystems and create abundant food supplies. Artfully using graphics and visuals, along with striking footage from NASA and NOAA, the film highlights the great importance of soil in drawing down our atmospheric carbon.
