Join Us on September 8th at 9:15 am for a Sacred Chant and Dance

“Come, come, whoever you are . . . “!  in Rumi’s words I warmly invite you to join our Sacred Chant and Dance circle, 9:15 – 10:30 A.M. on September 8th.

We’ll meet in the multipurpose room–or on the patio if weather permits and we all prefer that.  This is a spiritual practice as ancient as the folk-dances of the Hebrews in the “Old Testament” and many cultures throughout the world.  Our theme will be: A celebration of hope, joy, and work!
Newcomers always welcome. No need to “know” how to dance, as we learn as we go, and there are no mistakes, only variations.  Come and see if this is for you.  Expect to be gathered and rooted and energized in that Divine Love within and among us.

“God places us in the world as his fellow workers-agents of transfiguration. We work with God so that injustice is transfigured into justice, so there will be more compassion and caring, that there will be more laughter and joy, that there will be more togetherness in God’s world.”    — Archbishop Desmond Tutu
