Annapolis Friends Meeting was grateful for the opportunity to partner with St. Philips Episcopal Church on Bestgate Road to offer rides on Election Day. This local support of the nationwide program, Souls to Polls was set in motion by St. Philip’s and organized by their Rector, Rev. Randy K. Callender who worked with AFM’s, Phil Caroom, Clerk of Peace & Social Concerns Committee. In addition to the joy of participating, Friends shared that they benefitted from being able to learn some history of the Racial Reconciliation Collaboration from Father Callender and sharing ideas and histories.
