Details:
At the March 6, 2022 Meeting for Worship (MfW) with Attention to Business (wAtB), The Path Forward Committee requested approval to lay down the COVID protocols and Friends agreed.
There are no restrictions on use of the meetinghouse, including the kitchen, by AFM. People would be encouraged to make individual choices, and respect others’ choices, about mask wearing, physical distancing, and bringing their own food to potlucks or other events with refreshments.
The Meetinghouse and Land Committee will provide N95 or KN95 masks upon request to those attending AFM events.
AFM-affiliated groups and BYM groups are allowed to use the meetinghouse and grounds while making their own decisions regarding masks, refreshments, etc.
Renters were welcomed back starting in April. For purposes of coordination, it is important to request use of the meetinghouse for AFM activities through the calendar (i.e., Mary B. at calendar@annapolisfriends.org). If there are conflicts, it would be best to include Sheryl G. who is the Business Use Coordinator (BUC) and the email address BUC@annapolisfriends.org.
